Three Mountain Distributing was established in May 2024, building on the legacy of Happy Guys Wholesale, which was founded in 2016 by Cecil and Connie. Cecil recognized the need for a dedicated wholesaler to serve small businesses in the area. When Cecil and Connie decided to retire, Chad and Caitlin stepped in to continue their commitment to exceptional service. Chad, who had been deeply involved in the vendor world since 1998, and Caitlin, who brings efficiency and organization to the team, were passionate about supporting local businesses and preserving the personal touch that made Happy Guys Wholesale a staple in the community.

Our Location
Our base is in Livingston, Montana. We serve a wide area including Park and Gallatin counties: Livingston, Clyde Park, Wilsall, Big Timber, Emigrant, Gardiner, Silver Gate, Cooke City, Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, Four Corners, Big Sky, and West Yellowstone.
Service Area
As a wholesale distributor, we operate without a physical storefront. All orders must be placed directly with one of our team members. For now, we are focusing on expanding within our current service area, with future plans to explore neighboring regions.
